Owners
Alan Justice, PT
Alan is a 1996 graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy. He is an APTA certified instructor and trained in the McKenzie method of assessment and treatment. He also has specialized training for the treatment of vertigo and treats a variety of orthopedic problems on a regular basis. Alan has been providing therapy services to the residents of Holmes, Washington, and Jackson Counties for 28 years. He lives in the Bethlehem community of Holmes County with his wife, Alison. Together, they have three daughters, Sabrina, Emilie, and Kara, and one granddaughter, Rosalyn.
Freddie Kolmetz, PT
Freddie graduated from Florida A&M University in 1999 and has been working with Chipley Therapy Group since 2001. He has more than 24 years of experience in outpatient rehab and home health care. Freddie is from Vernon and now lives in Chipley with his wife and daughter.
Nick Kolmetz, PT
Nick graduated from Florida A&M University in 1999 and has been working with Chipley Therapy Group since 2001. He has more than 25 years of experience and predominately works in home care providing services for Jackson County. Nick lives in Vernon with his wife, Mel.
Chauncey Belser, PT
Chauncey graduated with a bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida in 1985. He has been employed with Chipley Therapy Group since its inception. He previously served on the Florida Board of Physical Therapy for seven years and as a chairman for two years. Chauncey lives in Chipley, with his wife Rachel.
Physical Therapy Staff
Cason Moore, DPT
Cason started his education at Chipola College, where he received his Associate of Arts degree in 2017, prior to attending Florida A&M University for his Bachelor’s in Health Science. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida in May of 2022. He has been employed by Chipley Therapy Group since June of 2022. Cason is a Holmes County native, where he now lives with his wife, Emily, and their son, Campbell. Cason loves to be active in his free time and has recently participated in the Gate River Run 15k in Jacksonville. He also is very active in his church community at Carmel Assembly of God.
Debbie Grande, PT
Debbie graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1986. Her specialty is pediatric physical therapy. She has been employed by Chipley Therapy Group since its foundation.
Amber Bailey, PTA
Amber is a 1996 graduate of Wallace Community College with an Associates of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been employed with Chipley Therapy Group since 1998 and has provided services in outpatient clinics, home health, hospital settings and school systems. She lives in Bonifay with her husband of 27 years, Warren, and their son, Aaron. Their adult children are Wallace Bailey and Meredith Hand.
Jennifer Vinta, PTA
Jennifer graduated from Gulf Coast State College in May of 2009 with an Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been employed with Chipley Therapy Group since August of 2009. She is an APTA certified Clinical Instructor and has worked with the surrounding colleges since 2011. Jennifer is a lifelong Bay County resident where she lives in Fountain with her husband, Wayne. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her grown children, Chase, Brandon, and Julie. She also loves to travel and bake.
Emily Moore, PTA
Emily graduated from Gulf Coast State College in 2018 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been with Chipley Therapy Group since May of 2018. She enjoys working with post-op patients as well as sports injury prevention and preparedness. Most recently, she became certified in Sportsmetrics, which is an ACL tear prevention program. Emily is from Bonifay, where she lives with her husband, Cason and son, Campbell.
Tiffany Medlock, PTA
Tiffany graduated from Gulf Coast State College in May of 2014 with an Associate of Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has been employed with Chipley Therapy Group since June of 2014. Tiffany is a Holmes County native but currently lives in Panama City with her husband, Gary. She loves to spend time with her husband and 3 children Jevin, Bradlee, and Charlotte. She is very involved in her church at First Baptist Church, Panama City.

Allison Stoutamire, OT
Allison is a 1994 graduate of Malone high school and later attended Chipola College to receive her AA degree. She then went on to graduate from Florida A&M University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She works with all ages, specializing in pediatrics and orthopedics. She is extremely passionate about helping others overcome their injuries & disabilities and has been employed at Chipley Therapy Group since 2000. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, going to the beach, and fishing. She lives in Marianna with her husband and two children.
Rhonda Best, COTA
Rhonda graduated from Southwest Georgia Technical College in Thomasville, Georgia in 2002. She has been employed by Chipley Therapy Group as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant since April of 2002. She enjoys working with the pediatric population. Rhonda lives in Westville and enjoys photography in her spare time.

Madelyn Price, MCD/CCC-SLP
Madelyn graduated from LSU Medical Center in 1989 with a Master of Communication Disorders. She maintains the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), a nationally recognized professional credential that represents a level of excellence in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. Madelyn has been with Chipley Therapy Group since 1996 and lives in Dothan, Alabama.

Mattie Kolmetz
Mattie graduated high school in June of 2023 and is currently attending Chipola College. She began cleaning at Chipley Therapy Group in July of 2020 and has recently become one of our receptionists as well. Mattie is a local of Chipley who enjoys music and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
Pamela Gluck
Pamela graduated from Southwest Miami High School in 1972 with all the courses she needed to become a secretary for the telephone company. She started working full-time at the age of 19 with the telephone company for 9 years until her first child, Brian, was born in 1982. She moved to Chipley, Florida, in 1983. She had her second child, Matthew, in 1984 and then her third child, Jonathan, in 1987. She then stayed home to raise her children for 10 years. Pam started working with Chipley Therapy Group once her youngest son started kindergarten, making this year her 32nd year with the company. She serves as our secretary and biller. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, playing games, and attending her church.
